Education & Continuing Professional Development

• to provide mechanisms by which the standards of the institution can be implemented and monitored through a programme of Continuing Professional Development
• to assist individual and corporate members in the identification and fulfilment of their educational and development needs in all aspects of the surveying and GI professions
• to facilitate the progression of members through membership grades, including from student/graduate entry to professional level
• to accredit educational and professional development programmes of relevance to the institution's members
• to assist IIS Council and the IIS Commissions in the dissemination of improvements and advances to members
